Movable long-tube positive pressure air breathing apparatus is a kind of safe and reliable breathing protection equipment that is convenient to maintain and can be used for long time. This model of breathing equipment can replace any air cylinder without affecting its use and able to work continuously.
As the breathing equipment has tight structure, easy to operate, portable structure (convenient cart), operators don't carry heavy items such as back-up and air cylinder etc. It has such features as light, convenient to move, especially suitable to work at narrow places such as long time maintaining, inspection, clearing up, painting and smelting work at such places with thick smoke, poisonous gas or anoxia inside oil tank or engine room. Usually, it's used for occasions as petrochemical industry, aerospace, underground coal mining, nucleus plant, chemical plant, painting industry, metallurgical industry, fire fighting, underground pipeline and sewage and gas pipeline etc.

Configuration:

Two-wheeled, poly-coated steel cart, two sets of double-cylinder straps, air-line hose rack, and adjustable pull handle

l  Accept 2 OR 4 x 60-minute, carbon-wrapped cylinder, supplying air for 2 users at the same time, ensure long time operation.

l  The cylinder can be replaced timely, which will not affect work and can effectively save time. 

l  Cylinder straps to secure two cylinders to the unit

l  Breathing air cylinder pressure gauge with leading tube length 40m, 2 branch ducts, 10m length of each branch duct.

l  Mv catheter can be extended to 90m according to users’ demand, the air will be supplied to users smoothly and comfortably.

l  Flexible connection is adopted for the connection between high-pressure hoses, so as to avoid accidents and effectively prevent the damage of joints caused by collision or friction.

l   The Breathing air pressure regulator with large-flow output can ensure sufficient respiratory flow. 

l High-pressure isolation valve and a toggle switch allows user to switch between common or isolated air sources
