KL99 SCBA Positive Pressure Breathing Apparatus

The KL99 series positive pressure air breathing apparatus is self-contained open circuit breathing apparatus. As an ideal personal breathing protector for the fireman and emergency rescuer, they are widely used in such sectors as fire fighting, chemical industry, shipping, petroleum, smelting, electricity, warehouse, lab, and mine, by firemen and emergency rescuers to perform efficient rescue and relief work under the conditions of heavy smoke, poisonous gas, steam, low oxygen, etc.

1. KL99-A01 full mask

• Silicone mask body
• Permanenr double anti-fogging
• Wide filed of vision, can reaches above 91%
• Sceatch and abrasion resistant lens
• Kevlar head net

• Exhalation resistance ＜10 bar

3. KL99-A03 warning whistle and pressure gauge

• Alarm pressure: 55+5 bar
• Alarm sound: ＞90dB
• With the whole rubber bumpers, can reduce the vibration to the gauge and the alarm

4. KL99-A04 backpack

• Back plate assembly consists of back plate, shoulder strap, waist belt, buckle, pressure reducer holder and cylinder fastener.
• Back plate is designed according to ergonomics, complying with the back shape of human body, making wearer more comfortable with a larger interface.
• It is injection moulded by flame resistant engineering plastics and carbon fiber, it is of high intensity and shock-resistance to protect from being damaged, while weight is only 0.68kg.
• Shoulder straps and belt are made of Nomex or KEVLAR, tear-resistant and flame-retardant. And they together distribute the weight of the apparatus effectively.
• Pressure reducer which is fixed by drift bolt on back plate can be replaced easily.

5. KL99-A05 air supply valve

• Maximum supply flow rate is higher than 500L/min keeping a positive pressure in the mask
• The intake gauze can make breathing safer
• 360 degree quick joint, supplies the air fast and automatically
• Valve has an emergency gas supply button, throttle-switch and automatic suction structure to extente the usage time of the cylinder
• Hand-held, small and light, good down vision
• The whole blue rubber bumpers keeping scratch and drop resistance

6. KL99-A06 decompressor

• The pressure reducer core adopts advanced technology with a design life of 15 years.
• The unique maximum gas supply is above 1000L/min, ensuring the user's enough respiratory volume.
• The main parts that connected with the reducer:
• Single or double cylinder
• The medium pressure hose whose function is to supply air to the demand valve
• The high pressure hose connected with the pressure indicator

7. Gas cylinder and cylinder valve

• Carbon fiber gas cylinder, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistant
• Y shape design, with safe self lock device to prevent inadvertent close due to hard knock or incorrect operation.Unscrew the switch handwheel by rotating in the counterclockwise direction, it is regarded as the open condition and close vice versa. There is safety diaphragm set in cylinder valve, with explosion pressure at (37-45)MPa to prevent the deformation and explosion of cylinder due to inner high pressure.

8. Mulfunctional fast join valve

9. The configuration can be 2L/3L/4.7L/6.8L/9L

• The inner liner is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy.
• The middle layer is carbon fiber wound.
• The bottle mouth thread is wrapped with glass fiber and is M18*1.5.
